My evaluation of Jay's performance is fair. His knowledge of my Cherokee and his ability to fix the problems were excellent. However, his customer service skills leave much to be desired. A major problem and disagreement could have been avoided with a simple phone call. I will have to think long and hard before deciding to bring my Cherokee to Jay for further maintenance work.
