How we can define what is a team? In simple words a team is a group of people which is organized at work to accomplish set purposes and goals.
Members are selected for there extra skills but not for commonalty.
Each member in a team has its own purposes and functions
The main aim of the team is to be successful and achieve all stated goals and purposes which are dependant from functional intrapersonal dynamic.
The main types of teams are:
Functional teams - Team members are from the same work unit.
Cross-functional teams - Team members come together from different and varied work areas to resolve mutual problems.
Problem-solving teams - Team members are focused on specific issues to develop and implement solutions.
Developmental teams - Team members concentrate on developing new products or systems. …
