Healthy lifestyle is important for youngsters because of young people’s growth and they need plenty of exercise and good eating habits if they wish to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I believe that the two main factors contributing towards youngster’s poor health is that schools do not offer wide selection of products that they can consume and also the time we spend on other subjects for example math’s, and literature doesn’t leave a lot of free time for youngsters to exercise which can lead to worse overall health.…
