3. Conclusions
Past 6 month were most registered offences from administrative violations which threaten public order is Use of Alcoholic Beverages or other Intoxicating Substances in Public Places and Presence in Public Places in an Intoxicated State. There were 3227 violations. Second place takes Petty Hooliganism – 1192 offences. And third place takes Manufacture (Production), Storage and Transport of Illegal Alcoholic Beverages means illegal manufacture (production), storage or transport of illegal alcoholic beverages.
There is some reasons why these violations are most popular offences in violations which threaten public order. Author think police should research these reasons and remove them.
Author think the most important reason is legislative. Author thinks in some laws needs changes in their sections especially in punishments. Need to ensure that people not want to break the rules. Maybe there should be stricter penalties. Many people don’t have money to pay a fine, and then they have been arrested, but administrative arrest not the best way how to teach a lesson. Author thinks there should be more community service. Because some people think that is shame to work this work. This type of punish is useful for state.
