What is the main distinction between being a manager and a leader? The author of this paper assumes, that management is something what can be learned, but leadership is something that should be earned. And mostly earned for the personal characteristics of a leader such as personality traits, behavior and existence of charisma.

The author of the project in this paper is going to discuss the personal characteristics of a leader, how his personality influence the leadership and relationships in organization, as well as individual distinctions in people, that lead to success in leadership.
