Inter-disciplinary teamwork - A dynamic process involving two or more health professionals with complementary experience and skills, achieving common health goals and planning or evaluation of patient care. Each healthcare provider is like a team member with a special role. Some team members are doctors or technicians who help diagnose illnesses. Others are experts in treating illnesses or taking care of patients' physical and emotional needs. Some of Healthcare members include: Doctors, Physician, Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, Dentists, Therapists and rehabilitation specialists, Emotional, social and spiritual support providers, Community health workers.
