Darba fragmentsAizvērt

Trust - what's our role?
If we don't earn reporters trust by repeatedly delivering valuable information, they won't listen to us, and we can't do our jobs.
PR and trust...with who?
A client will come to trust a PR firm that is not afraid to speak the truth, to call out low quality or the need for fundamental change
It has to do with keeping the client’s interest for the long term, and being honest and clear at all times
A journalist will trust a PR person who only brings high quality material, is honest and open, and can see and focus on the needs of the journalist
And automatically if journalist will trust PR person he will know how to interpret what they see and hear. It is very important, because nowadays lot of journalist do not write complete truth.
If journalists and clients both come to trust the PR firm, all three win.
The best PR person gets the trust on both sides.

Public understanding of an organization is
90% by what it does and 10% by what it says.…
