Present Perfect Continuous

The present perfect of the verb 'to be' (have/has been) + the present participle of the main verb.
Example:
Subject has/have been  verb+ing.
You have been working.

for an action over a period of time leading up to the present. We are interested in the action as well as the result, and this process may still be going on, or may have just finished.…
