Business to business (B2B) - economical interactions, where subjects are legal persons (e.g., enterprise).
The main task of B2B – increasing of effective work of company in B2B market, using decrease of trade procedure and enlargement of spreading of e-business all over the world.
The B2B tasks are also:
Organization of interactions between enterprises;
To construct safety channel in order to exchange the information between enterprises;
Coordination of activities of enterprises and its’ common development on the base of informational exchange;
Business to consumer
Business to consumer (B2C) means commercial interactions between enterprises (business) and private person (consumer).
Usually these transactions are selling of goods and offering of services.
