Christmas traditions:
Decorated Christmas Tree.
Give presents to each other.
Children might also get a present by singing, playing a musical instrument or doing a dance!
Santa Claus brings their presents. The presents are put under the Christmas tree. The presents are opened on during the Evening of Christmas Eve or on Christmas Day.

The special Latvian Christmas Day meal is cooked, brown/grey peas with bacon (pork) sauce, small pies, cabbage ,sausage, bacon rolls and gingerbread.
Christmas Eve is a celebration of the birth of Jesus.

Christmas in Australia is often very hot.
Christmas in celebrated on December 25. Many families are on their annual holiday at the beach enjoying the sun.

 A traditional meal might include a turkey dinner, with ham and pork. A Christmas pudding is normally added for dessert.
