Roll out tabletop menu tablets to assist customers with quick, easy ordering options.
The pilot will include only a bar area of two of the restaurant locations, Sauce & Spoon North and Sauce & Spoon Downtown.
Project Goals
● Increase average check from 65$ to at least 75$ by increasing the product mix (upselling appetizers by 15% average increase overall, with the North location targeted for a 10% increase and the Downtown location targeted for a 20% increase) by the end of Q2.
● Decrease the average table turn time by 30 minutes by ordering immediately and paying checks without having to wait for a server (at least 4 parties in the dinner time per table) by the end of Q2.…
