The second part of the thesis uses primary and qualitative research methods, for example, questionnaires and interviews to gather information from company's employees about needed and suggested changes in the current CRM system version. The last part of the Master thesis is focused on using quantitative research methods to measure and compare performance and benchmark results
between two different system versions – previous and developed.
Risks
The primary and the most important risk of the research is time limitation – as it may be frustrating to unite theoretical research process and analysis with CRM system development and improvement
tasks. As mentioned in the beginning of this proposal, the current CRM system version does not have documented and well formatted, structured source code, therefore, it is possible that a lot of
time will be used to understand the primary structure of the system and its modules, data flows.
To avoid this risk, the Master thesis research should follow time plan with only some minor mismatches and delays; the time plan should include additional time for unpredictable and unexpected situations, difficulties. The main objectives should be divided into smaller tasks which
are easier to maintain.…
