Contract on Tenancy of Equipment

The firm "Quantum", hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR which is a legal person according to the legislation of the USA in presence of the owner Mr. Bruce Metcalf, on the one hand and the company "Orbita", hereinafter referred to as the TENANT which is a legal person according the legislation of Latvia in presence of president Mr. Juris K³ava, on the other hand have concluded the present contract as follows.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. The LESSOR lets and the TENANT takes on the tenancy following equipment ___________________.

1.2. The term of the tenancy is to be _________ years from day the present contract is signed up to _____________, 200___.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. The LESSOR:

2.1.1. Hands over to the TENANT equipment listed in p.1.1. in proper condition;

2.1.2. Provides the TENANT with spare parts for the equipment.;
