4. GLOBE – Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness Research. The GLOBE suggests 9 cultural values: power distance, uncertainty avoidance, humane orientation, collectivisms 1-institutional, collectivisms 2- in group, assertiveness, gender-egalitarianisms, future orientation, performance orientation. GLOBE has one of the most comprehensive models available with a strong focus on leadership characteristics across cultures.
