Young learners aged 6 or 7.
Learning about Christmas traditions, learning a Christmas song. Making a Christmas card.
Starting the lesson as usual (Counting game – first pupil say’s one and then the rest continues in ascending order, homework check, etc.).
Showing flashcards about Christmas. Asking about them, for example “Who is it?” for Santa. Explain that today and next class we are going to have a Christmas Lesson. Put on some Christmas carol background music to create a Christmas atmosphere.
Using different kind of materials making Christmas cards. Singing Christmas song from Fly High Pupil’s Book.
