is a member of the legal profession who advises clients and represent them in inferior courts. Solicitors are fonti n every town and they deal with all the day. Hi preparing legal documents for buing and selling of propertt, drafting of wills. Solicitors normally take a three year law degree at university, then a one year legal pratice course and examination at a law college. Only with the help of the solicitor a client can employ a barrister and the solicitor preparēs all legal documents connected with the problem for barrister.

is a member of the logal profession who has been called to the bar and may represent litigans in inferrior and superior courts. He deals with his client only through a solicitor. Barrister are expertd in the interpretation of the law and also on advocacy.Barristers normally take a three year degree at university, followed by one year course at bar school after witch the are called to the bar. Only barrister can become judges in the english court above a magistrates court.

There is no seperate trainin for judges. They are called „High court judges”.They a person with authority to hear and decide disputes brought before a court for decision.
They sits in a large seat facing the defendant and wears a special gown and wig.
A justice of peace is a judicial officer who isn’t a Professional lawyer and who exercises judicial functions mainly in the magistrates courts.

it’s a body of persons usually 12 listen to the evidence given in the court and decide the facts of a case usually criminal then give a decision of guilty or not guilty innocent called a verdict.Jurors are also ordinary people chosen at random from electoral register.
