2.5Database Designer:
With the database being easily amongst the most vital component of the system, the database engineer is tasked with the assignment of creating a database that will store, disseminate and categories all the information the user enters or wishes to retrieve. The database engineer is responsible for designing and building a relational database to manage the data entered into the system. Once the concept has been defined and the interface designed, it is the job of the database engineer to identify the data sources, constructs and data decomposition and document the developments throughout the site and databases construction. The database engineer's job is really the fundamental element of our system. By following the closely constructed diagrams created by the concept designer and by remaining in close communication with the remainder of the technical development team the database engineer can create a database prototype according to the sponsors and project managers' specifications.
Along with piecing together the puzzle of the backend and the interface the database engineer must be able to consider and generate a feasible back up and recovery plan in the event of a system crash or failure. …
