One of my primary duties in this role is working hard in order to help my team achieve our targets. This job requires good concentration and communication skills as it involves answering the phone and communicating with different people within the company and outside of it. My responsibilities involve creating and delivering customer orders, and closing shop orders on IFS, as well as working with different computer programmes, such as Dropship and MetaPack, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word. I am also responsible for printing, counting, and booking out address labels for our different customers: M&S, Next, and Bloom & Wild. My job requires a great attention to detail, as the reports we create and update are used both within the company and outside. I liaise with the M&S Call Centre and within the company as part of my ordinary duties.
