To be Young. Positive Features and Shortcomings

As far as I am concerned this question, is it easy to be young, was, is and will be, but this question is very
difficult and it is also difficult to find answer. I think that only experienced people have all rights to judge
whether it is good or not so perfect to be young. I think it is very essential question in nowadays, because it is
related with such problem as, for example, growth of criminality among adolescences. To be young is a
question of philosophic meaning for each person. I am afraid that I am too inexperienced to have my own
opinion about being young but I will try to expose some of my thoughts and to give reasons if it easy to be
