It's good to see everyone that came out this morning to worship God in Spirit and in truth: and to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross. The fact that you are here this morning speaks about your interest in the Gospel and your interest in reaching Heaven as your final destination. However, your being here this morning is just one action out of thousands or millions that you and I will perform in our lifetimes. When we are dissatisfies with what is going on in our lives, we are tempted to blame circumstances beyond our control. We tend to think that we'd be better off if life had dealt us a better hand. Yet, in all the most important ways, we are each the product of decisions that we have made while enjoying our freedom of choice. We certainly do have circumstances that we have to deal with, but the quality of our lives is primarily determined by our character, not our circumstances. Our problems and trials may not be judged: our responses to them will. Our character is within our control. Our text this morning comes from Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14.…
