Conclusion
In the light of the above findings, I reached the following conclusions:
1. Social networks are powerful tool in the business. That is because of technologies and the internet speed, but it can be done well only by specialist.
2. It is vital for companies to follow the information which circulates in internet about their products/services because approximately 80% of users trust in recommendations than simple direct advertisements.
3. Companies want to become closer with their clients. They want to get instant feedback and to attract new customers and boost sales with less cost.
4. By social networks company gets back information constantly on a consisted manner of consumers that are looking for information, at company’s products, reading marketing messages.
5. For business internet speed and social network is important because every company can write something about new product, special offer etc. at the profile and in a few seconds information is sent through the internet.
