Reform of Telecommunications

Andrus Ansip represents the concept of telecommunications reform in which he proposes consistency of European Union countries. He wants to eliminate costs regarding roaming and the new rules will be introduced regarding telecoms in case of successful outcome of his targeted actions (Ansip, 2014).
Andrus Ansip in a speech in Brussels said that Digital Single Market is directly connected with telecommunications and it is important part of the whole picture of single market (Speech by Andrus Ansip, 24 March 2015). He considers telecoms as fast moving industrial sector which will need to accomplish certain conditions with wide choices for costumers.
