Conclusion/Recommendations
I have attempted to explain my understanding of what the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor/manager are in an organization. I know that it is important to be a fair and firm supervisor, and never to indulge in unjust practices against employees. As an effective and efficient supervisor, it is necessary to be empathetic towards subordinates, because after all, you have only just risen from that rank.
The supervisor who is able to professionally perform the roles of effective communication, motivating people, disciplining problem employees, making proper decisions and managing cultural and personality diversity in the workforce has successfully met the criteria of a productive manager.
It is extremely important that a supervisor know and implement the proper management style to reap the best results. I recommend that supervisors always set aside emotions and personal beliefs in the workforce.…
