My Day without Computer, TV and Mobile Phone

If I needed to spend time without gadgets, I would try to meet with my friends and go for a walk. Or I would do my household duties like washing-up, dust cleaning etc.
From this experience, I would learn that people have become more dependent on gadgets that it has become an integral part of our day to day life.
