Jessie Conrad was a simple, ordinary boy who lived in Seattle. However, his whole life changed after a visit by Tibetan Monks. The leader of these monks was Lama Norbu. He taught Jessie the fundamental ideas of Buddhism. Lama Norbu wants to bring Jessie to Tibet, but his parents feel that is an absurd idea at first.
