Latvia in the European Union

Latvia is a little country and it is a little peace of the EU. The EU gives us more possibilities to choose country to work and study. In the EU countries traditions and cultures mix and people of different nationalities lose their identity. Common laws, regulations and markets are work out by the Europe. The EU controls the amount of hours we work, the money European countries use for their needs. E. g. for agriculture, social care, the level of environmental protection. Borders are opened and people can travel and communicate with people from other countries.
I think there are lots of advantages and disadvantages of being in the EU. The economy in Latvia is not as good as the economy in United Kingdom or Germany. This countries have lots of factories, companies and many Latvians go and work there. …
