DISTRIBUTION
RIHK produces itself the different models of the Strawberry in HK and in the North of the United States. More recently, RIHK moved into three new countries Canada, Australia, and Japan. But the brand is distributed thanks to its partners around the world: UK, China, United States, from its production studio, the products are sent to the different country and directly to the customer if it is a big order. The customer must pass to the RIHK partner SFR in France when he will pay his subscription for example. The product is ready to use when it quit the studio.

The recruitment of the employee is carry out by the country. But it is very important to have a strong team in place. Indeed, the Strawberry is a technical product and must be well control by the senior management with the strong sales team.
CONCLUSION
To conclude, we can say that RIHK has well adapted the Strawberry campaign for all each Country. This study showed that the Strawberry has all the chances to be successful in France inspire of the different risks mentioned by using the above suggesting approach.
