Gender Equality in Latvian Labor Market

Widespread cultural stereotypes discourage women from working in construction and the men from working in education, medicine and related sectors of employment. This does not mean that women should not work in the construction field avi men in education, this tradition simply because very many women and men do not enter it even in mind, they use.
