CONCLUSION:
No matter what option or plan that Faith Community Hospital may take, it will not be successful without the complete support and understanding of the mission statement. This is where one of the most serious issues stems from. The staff and administration must understand that even though they may have strong moral, ethical, and religious views; that the end state is they must adhere to the guidelines and principles of Faith Community Hospital's mission statement and policies. Failure to follows this must be dealt with in a manner that not only punishes but encourages education of the said policies to solidify the ideals and actions of and for the stakeholders concerns and considerations.
Faith Community Hospital serves and treats a wide variety of the community that shares different beliefs, ethics, and religions. It cannot be in our best interest to isolate any one sector of this community. Faith Community has to be dedicated to the unity of its services to the community as a whole in a way that makes them feel as a part of our family.
