(4)Lack of proper facilities; proper facilities are always lacking in out public services, the problems the E.M.A face in this sector are like lack of vehicles example with the recent incident in the Caura river, where the initial response very slow due to a lack of vehicle and then the time taken to analyse the pollutant in the water is still being processed. This simple recent example shows just how inadequately the facilities of the E.M.A are, while we wait for the E.M.A to figure out what is the cause of the pollution, due to there short coming the very thing there are put in place to protect is being destroyed, the environment.
(5)Ignorant public, this is a very large set back for the E.M.A. For the E.M.A to be successful the public must be aware of it ventures and reasons for being in created. Not only must there be aware of the E.M.A but the need of the environment. The E.M.A must educate the public about the needs of the environment and the importance of the E.M.A because the public support the E.M.A it success is almost certain.
