As I mentioned earlier, physical health affects the level of happiness severely, but mental health is the one that should and is not taken care of more. Happiness comes from the way that we think and how we see the world around us, therefore I think that to be happy you should take intense care of your mental health. Mental health can be affected in a lot of ways. First, you should surrender yourself with positive people. Second, you should try and see good in everything and every situation no mater how bad it may seem at first. Third, if you feel like your mental health has been bad and it affects the quality of your daily life, you should go to specialists, such as therapist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist, depending on the level of your mental health issues.
