Culture Is a Necessity

First group thinks that they are being cultural by going to social events. Second group thinks that, because they can't afford going to the opera or to the theather, there is no way for them to be cultural. They are bouth wrong. They don't realize what I said before. They don't understand, that culture is all around us. That being cultural means being decent in every situation. That their actions tells more about their culture lives than a ticket with some shows name on it.
By our actions we should make them understand what culture is all about.
