Creon returned to his own self, but although it is a good sign, the damage he had caused is irremediable. The stalwart King, had a weakness, which was his anger takes the better of him. Antigone could not take it anymore, and so committed suicide. Haemon in sorrow for his murdered fiancé takes his own life away. Creon's wife, Eurydice, in painful sadness for her lost son, ends her grief with a knife through her heart. Creon, with nothing left to live for, has learned an unforgiving lesson. The King's tyrannical mind has made sure all the rules were being followed to an extremity only Creon himself could endure, while the rest of the folks only accepted in fear of death.…
