Abstinence Until Marriage

Sex plays an important role in 21st century. Although a lot of stereotypes about sex nowadays are circulating – starting from „sex is something dissipating” up to „sex is life”. In most cases it is unfortunately understood wrong. Media impact should be mentioned in this context since sexuality has been widely used in adverting and communication activities promoting sex as the leading force for the development of modern society. It has been presented widely as something stylish and detached from its original meaning as an act of love and degraded into a form of entertainment. Since ancient times sex between two lovers has always been something very special, exciting and mysterious. That is a gift from God to each loving couple that should be discovered only after marriage. Because it is damaging to health [1], is a sin in front of God [2] and could lead to unplanned pregnancy [3], premarital sex is unacceptable and should be forbidden by law.…
