Abstract
In Overview of the Business Plan I will introduce with all the subjects what I will carry out in this Business Plan.
Followed by background information of the town location, company’s history and introduction to the store size, location& town population, hinterland and access, local competition, area development/issues, store award/issues.I will include store HACCP plan, Hazard analysis, Food safety policy and future plans for the store.
Then followed by store profile information, overall profit report, trading hours profile, trading patterns.
I will carry out SWOT analysis where I will discuss outlets Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.
In PEST analyses I will talk about store Political, Economical, Social, Theological factors. Also I will include Environmental issues.
In Blue Skies analysis I will talk about store objectives for 2008 followed by Gap analysis. In Gap analysis I will discuss the gap between where is the shop now and where do we want to be. Cloudy skies analysis will show what could happen if we do not reach the target. I will include recommendations and action plan.
I will introduce and analyze store customer panel, survey, mystery shopper reports.
Conclusion will be a small summary of the Business Plan.
Also I will include appendices where will be a extensive version of outlet’s HACCP Breakdown, HACCP Team in the shop, Transfers sheet, Product data sheet, Personnel Hygiene policy, Anti-Bullying policy and Regulations on Discovering a fire.
